Chef Ernest Barać discovered his passion for Japanese cuisine over 13 years ago. After years of refining his craft in renowned Japanese restaurants in Ljubljana, he now works as a private sushi master, creating authentic Japanese dining experiences in the comfort of his guests’ homes. His philosophy is rooted in respect for ingredients, each one must express its own pure flavor, and it all begins with perfectly prepared rice.
The menu is flexible and drawn up in agreement with the client.
The price varies according to the number of courses and the chef's choice of seasonal ingredients.
