My name is Luka Capuder. I have been creating with food since I was a child. My first restaurant was Dvor Jezeršek, where I led cooking workshops, among other things. Later, I worked on a gastropub project with Bine Volčič. Now, I create menus and manage kitchens at various restaurants. I am currently the head chef at the Lonca Hotel in Škofja Loka. I also organize catering for personal and business occasions.
The tasting menu is flexible, so the price varies according to the number of courses, the ingredients and your preferences, so that we can create an experience that perfectly satisfies your culinary preferences.
