I'm Žan Milosavljevič, winner of Masterchef Slovenia 2020. I've been a passionate cook since I was a little girl and I'm most happy when people smile when they try my food. I like to work with dough because I was educated in La spezia, Italy. I also like to play with raw meat and fish (sushi, ceviche), and all variations of risottos, burgers and pasta. I am naturally smiley, communicative and organised.
