Anže Kuplenik

I'm Anže Kuplenik, the winner of MasterChef Slovenia 2019. I'm currently the kitchen manager at the newly opened Lonca Hotel in Škofja Loka. Cooking has been interesting to me since I was a little girl, as I often used to create and ''tinker'' with my grandmother. So the hobby became a real passion and I have to say that I am happy to have discovered a path that makes me so happy. Some time ago, I also published my first cookbook, Chef Your Chef. My most important tool in the kitchen is the spoon - because I believe that tasting food regularly is the key to a tasty meal. I am naturally energetic, smiley and communicative.
