Chef Igor Stankovič runs the Bianca restaurant in Velenje, where he creates dishes with influences from around the world. The restaurant has a cosy brick dining room under white arches and a beautiful terrace under maple trees. Breakfast is served until noon, and lunch and dinner include dishes from a variety of cuisines such as Indian, Mexican, Thai, Korean, Japanese, American and Mediterranean.
Igor's specialities include savoury potica with Kranj sausage and Prešeren figs in chocolate tempura. His seasonal dishes include venison tartare with cuttlefish, celeriac steak with truffles, lamb crowns on polenta and sea frog in chickpea ragout.
The tasting menu is flexible, so the price varies according to the number of courses, the ingredients and your preferences, so that we can create an experience that perfectly satisfies your culinary preferences.
