Each plate is its own story. My plate - my story, you could say. My plate tells a story about respect for food and passion for its preparation. A story of love for the natural ingredients provided by the local environment, a story of respect for the producer, a story of sophistication in an almost artistic expression and a story of a healthy lifestyle. The constant search for new cooking and pastry knowledge and the desire to surpass myself has taken me to different parts of the world. Different cuisines, different cultures and different tastes have awakened in me a sensitivity towards cooking, where I can express myself artistically and at the same time listen to the wishes of the guest.
I now use the knowledge I have acquired in restaurants, hotels, private villas and yachts to prepare aesthetically refined dishes that take the gourmet on a journey through the footsteps of my travels, training and skills. In doing so, they gently surprise the palate with a reminder of the familiar and the familiar, without leaving the palate indifferent. My passion for cooking leaves its mark on the plate, offering you a harmony of art and flavours. I do not follow the beaten track, I prefer to follow the path that I forge for myself. I am happy to acquire new skills and develop them in the kitchen. The kitchen, which is my home, is a place where creativity knows no boundaries.
The menu is created on request, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. The tasting menu is flexible, so the price varies according to the number of courses and the chef's choice of seasonal ingredients.
