Maja Bilič

I'm Maja, a passionate sommelier with a deep respect for wine culture. My experience and knowledge are confirmed by certificates, including WSET lvl. 2 and Spirit Academy Professional by Majda Debevc. I have been involved in wine culture and haute cuisine for more than a decade, both as an amateur and a professional.

My experience ranges from managing catering in prestigious 5* hotels and 6* resorts to managing a boutique hotel with an à la carte restaurant. With all the experience I have gained so far, I have proven to be an excellent manager and sommelier. I regularly attend various masterclasses, wine fairs, festivals, wine meetings and visit wineries in Europe and around the world. This allows me to broaden my knowledge and at the same time keep in touch with the latest trends and innovations in the field of wine and gastronomy.

With my passion and in-depth knowledge of different wines, I strive to create a unique, unrepeatable wine experience for my clients. Together we will explore new dimensions of flavours and aromas offered by the world of wine.
