Anja Fir began her professional cooking career after appearing on MasterChef Slovenia. Her early work was based on tradition and mixing flavors—familiar ingredients prepared in a playful way. She also honed her skills in Poreč, Croatia, where she worked as a head chef, preparing mainly seafood dishes in a bistro style, playing with and incorporating Asian flavors. Her dishes reflect her personality – aesthetics are very important to her, as are local ingredients, which she does not want to cover up with overly strong flavors. You probably can't imagine Bela Krajina and Thailand on the same plate, but it's worth a try!
The menu is flexible and drawn up in agreement with the client. Price varies according to the number of courses and the chef's choice of seasonal ingredients.
