I started to learn the art of cooking at grandmother's restaurant. Building on that foundation, I later had the opportunity to run a bistrò restaurant.
My journey in the world of gastronomy has been shaped by my studies in designing gastronomic tourism experiences at the esteemed Basque Culinary Center in Spain, alongside a master's degree in tourism from Slovenia. With a deep appreciation for the culinary arts, I have also engaged in immersive training and workshops in Colombian and Italian gastronomy. It is my unwavering passion to facilitate cultural exchange by connecting people through the shared experiences of flavors and culinary traditions from around the world. Through pop-up dinners, cooking classes, private cooking services, and gastronomic tours, I aim to create meaningful connections and unforgettable moments that celebrate the richness of global gastronomy.
