As someone who lives with fresh produce since my childhood and someone who is due to a creative personality prone to trying new combinations, I very much like working with food. As a professional DJ i have had the chance to work at numerous events and try loads of different caterings which led me to visiting various restaurants even in my free time. As someone who likes to enjoy and analyse the dishes thoroughly, I have studied the literature and internet to understand not only what happens with the ingredients, but also how and why. And I am also someone who likes to share this knowledge and experiences with other people. Since I don't see myself being in the back end of a professional restaurant, working long hours away from guests and waiting to burn out, I started this project as a platform where I can enjoy in creative and organisational aspects of catering business a bit more. This way I can share it all with you. Because it is REALLY GOOD.
We always agree on the menu in advance. The same menu is prepared for the whole table (up to 20 people). The approximate price for 6 courses, accompanied by a glass of wine or a gin tonic, is EUR 70 per person. The number of courses can be increased, and there is also the option of a wine accompaniment at each course: for real gourmets, longer tasting menus can be prepared.
