Lately, she has also been playing with traditional Slovenian dishes and giving them a modern twist. She follows the principles of Ayurveda in creating her dishes. She plays with fermentation, modern and traditional techniques, Ayurvedic balance, and the aesthetics of the plate. She uses only plant-based ingredients, following the season and the local offer. She is in love with desserts, which she makes in a thousand and one ways.
The menu is created on request, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. The tasting menu is flexible, so the price varies according to the number of courses and the chef's choice of seasonal ingredients.
