Jure Pavlin is an experienced chef with exceptional talent and a passion for the culinary arts. He started his career at the Grill King Academy, where he acquired the fundamental knowledge of preparing excellent grilled meat dishes. He further developed his knowledge at the Pen Club restaurant and at the prestigious Strelec restaurant, where he worked under the guidance of renowned chefs Mojmir Šiftar and Igor Jagodic respectively and was introduced to a modern approach to cooking.
His desire to further his knowledge and experience led him to St. John's Restaurant in London, where he interned and immersed himself in British cuisine and gained experience in a top restaurant. His return to his home country was marked by his participation in the Culinary Studio 2.0, where he had the opportunity to share his knowledge with young talent and further develop his culinary vision. Today, Jure Pavlin is a renowned and respected chef, impressing guests with his innovative cuisine and paving his way to the top of the world's culinary world.
The menu is created on request, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. The tasting menu is flexible, so the price varies according to the number of courses and the chef's choice of seasonal ingredients.
