I started my professional cooking career in 2018 in Croatia on sailing boats. Later I progressed to bigger and better catamarans in Italy, Greece, France, Spain and the Caribbean in the US. During this time I also worked as a private chef in my home in Australia and did several catering and street-food events in Slovenia. In 2022 I took part in the Masterchef competition in Slovenia. After the competition I took part in the show Chef of the Future where I won first place.
The menu is created on request, depending on the season and availability of ingredients. The tasting menu is flexible, so the price varies according to the number of courses and the chef's choice of seasonal ingredients.
