Martin Gluščič received culinary education at the Radovljica Catering School and Catering College in Bled, whilst actively participating in cooking competitions and working at Center Lesce restaurant, where he gained his first practical experience. He then continued his journey by interning with renowned chefs, including Bina Volčič at Monstera and Uroš Štefelin at Vila Podvin.
The highlight of his career so far was the opening of his own restaurant, Manu, now synonymous with Slovenian fine dining. With his exceptional cooking skills and passion for innovation, Martin quickly earned excellent reviews and accolades from critics and satisfied guests alike.
